Who builds, and why.
I work in operations. I design and build the layer that holds a business together from the inside: platforms, dashboards, decision flows, automation. The invisible part that makes the rest run.
I got here through graphic design, software engineering, and eventually the real operation of a club in Lisbon. It was from the inside that I understood where software matters most: in the exact fit between how a business actually works and the platform built for it.
